How we handle your data
Looking after your data is as important to us as it is to you. Protecting your data is not only about data protection law and GDPR compliance but also a moral code of conduct that is embedded in our values.
In addition to our data policy, you can view our regularly-reviewed privacy policy and cookie policy.
Cyber Essentials certified
We are Cyber Essentials certified. Certification gives you peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks.
Data policy
We allocate each business a unique password which will be used on all the attachments and documents we send to you.
We use a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device to share the data files for our clients securely on the office network. The data is encrypted on the device so if it is stolen no one can access the information.
The data is also only stored in the office and not shared via any cloud services, so a physical connection is required to access the data from within the office, giving an additional layer of security.
Our staff do not have remote access to the data server and only open and use your data whilst on a call. The reports we send to you including relevant information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses are also password-protected with your unique code.
At the end of your final campaign with us, we will send you all the data we have created for you. Within 24 hours, we will then delete the data and the email it was sent from.
All our staff have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as an added safety measure to protect your data and commercial interests.
